Summary

National Real Estate, located in the heart of the Free State, was in need of a brand communication platform that would give the organisation purpose and centralise its direction for all stakeholders. ‘The NRE Heart’ was a comms piece through which staff and consumers could engage with National Real Estate on a basis of meaning-making.

Being of the more experienced property management agencies in the Free State and Northern Cape, it was decided that its strength remained its maturity and long-acquired knowledge in its industry. These points were used as pillars in the brand development process and then intertwined with the already existing visual identity – positioning it as a mentor figure in its sector.
